This presentation will survey nursing literature examining the nature and suggested causes of lateral violence in nursing; its personal and organizational effects or repercussions; and conclude with some suggestions that seek to remediate the problem.
This session will examine the post-election outlook for bundled payments. Evidence supporting bundled payment strategies and outcomes from early adopters will be shared, along with insights from commercial payors and employers. Lastly, health policy implications will be discussed based on recent developments in the nation’s capital.

This course will provide information on the Joint Commission (TJC) and CMS standards on infant and pediatric abduction and how to comply with this set of standards. It will discuss the five main physical, security, and other measures healthcare facilities can take to prevent abductions.
