Led by Dr. Kelly L. Austin, PsyD, Vice President of Hospital Workplace Violence at KLA Risk Consulting, this full-day interactive training session will provide practical insights into common workplace violence trends, proven de-escalation techniques, and best practices for prevention and response.
This training is offered free of charge to MHA hospital members. To ensure our hospitals have access to this essential education, MHA is proudly covering training costs. Additionally, our generous hospital hosts have donated meeting space to support this initiative. Space is limited however, and pre-registration is required.
