Targeting Triple Aim--New for 2016

The Triple Aim is a framework developed by the Institute for Healthcare Improvement to optimize healthcare system performance by:

  • Improving the health of populations;
  • Improving the patients' experience of care; and
  • Reducing the per capita cost of healthcare.
Targeting The Triple Aim Together defines the Triple Aim goals, provides hospital-specific examples of the work being done in each area, and provides the measures MHA will publish each year to show our progress toward achieving Triple Aim.
